Product Deposit Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2024

Purpose:
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding non-refundable deposits for products in the event of strikes, severe weather, shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

1. Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required to secure your order for the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. This deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of the product.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made are non-refundable under the following circumstances:

Strikes: If a labor strike affects production or delivery, deposits will not be refunded.
Severe Weather: In the event of natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or acts of God that prevent the fulfillment of the order, deposits will not be refunded.
Shortages: If supply shortages occur due to market conditions or other factors outside our control, deposits will not be refunded.

3. Communication of Issues

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any issues that may affect the fulfillment of their order as soon as we become aware of them. However, the inability to fulfill an order due to the above circumstances will not result in a refund of the deposit.

4. Transfer of Deposit

In certain cases, customers may request to transfer their deposit to a future order or product if the initial order cannot be fulfilled due to the circumstances outlined above. Approval of this request will be at the discretion of Oxygen Health Systems

5. Final Payment

The remaining balance of the product cost will be due upon delivery or pickup.

I just want to give a big thank you to Michael and Oxygen Health Systems for the amazing chamber. My son and I use it 4-5 times a week. My health has never been better. We have more energy and nagging injuries that I had, such as knee and back pain have dissipated. I sit in the chamber for about an hour each session and it is very comfortable in there. I am able to do yoga poses in there to help stretch my muscles as well.I use the grounding mat that they provided as well while in the chamber and also while I sleep. The grounding mat has helped me with my sleeping patterns. I have had more success with continuous sleep and not getting up in the middle of the night since using the mat and feel more energized in the morning than before using the mat.Not only am I extremely satisfied with their products, their family like treatment and customer service is second to none. When you get their product you are getting so much more. Purchase with confidence and do yourself the favor your body has been begging you for. My body has never felt better and I never thought I could ever feel this good. Oxygen Health Systems is the only place to go if you are looking. Michael and Oxygen Health Systems are literal life savers! I have chronic Lyme disease and have tried just about everything to try to feel better, and back in March we made the decision to purchase the 36in 1.4 ATA Lux Air soft chamber. Michael was so helpful before and after the purchase, answering any questions I had very quickly. For the first time in many years I started to feel better and notice positive changes! In June, unfortunately, the South Fork and Salt Fires broke out here in Ruidoso, NM and we lost our home and absolutely everything we owned. I have been struggling greatly with the instability of my health and uncertainty of our future and often struggle with thoughts of suicide. We purchased our 34" hard shell 1.5 ATA just over two years ago. It was an expensive item for home use but would you rather spend the $ on health insurance and expensive Rx or spend it to stay healthy? My Chiropractor got me started on HBOT for my sciatica and it did so well in just a few sessions that I called Micheal and ordered a chamber just like the Chiropractor has. The purchase was very straightforward Micheal made it all happen. Be warned that getting this into your house is a challenge and my house was designed to be wheelchair friendly.More information is gained on HBOT daily and we expect the use to mushroom as evidence mounts that the magic happens at 30 dives or more,Thank you

From the first call through the entire process, the team at OHS was world class. John was the primary interface and he made sure all my questions were address. Best decision ever for my health to purchase my hyperbaric oxygen chamber from Oxygen Health System. They are very helpful when choosing the right equipment. This is a life changer. I purchased the 1.5 atm Oxygen Health Systems Hard Chamber in December 2023. The process of purchasing & delivery of the chamber was great. The installation process was well described via the manual and videos. The whole installation process took about 2 hours from start to finish including unboxing and organizing the materials. Many patients have benefitted from the HBOT and we have accelerated the recovery times exponentially with the use of the HBOT. It has become a key aspect of care within our brain rehabilitation center. Michael Carroll is very responsive with any questions and has been a pleasure to communicate with. I really love my new sit down chamber from oxygen Health Systems. Ordering was easy, the delivery was Fast and on time. I delt with the cofounder of the company during the purchase and he is a great guy, he answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to speak to.. The unit takes a little bit of time to assemble, It comes with an entire set of instructions and was straightforward and simple. I am 55 And never had any major illness in my life, I purchased the unit for optimal health and also own an Infared Sauna and Blue Cube cold plunge. I run three different sleep tracking systems, oura ring, Sleep 8 bed and the muse headband. I did my first HBOT session 3 days ago, and felt profound effects that evening with my quality of sleep.
